Students and Recent Graduates
We believe in the potential of recent graduates or recent college graduates, who find in MGE the ideal environment to develop their technical skills within an environment marked by the values of respect and collaboration.
We are organized with specific training paths aimed at young first-time employees, designed on the basis of the specific company task. The training process, which is developed according to a standard sequence and methodology, enables each resource to build his or her professional base, based on gradual learning of work methodologies and IT tools with related practical applications.
Subsequently, placement on Project Teams will allow for further development of technical and interpersonal experience within a challenging and highly skilled work environment.
